Digital products
Digital products are non-returnable once delivery has started, provided that you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is lost. This is the key exception for online digital content in EU consumer law.

Physical products
If you also sell physical products, add something like this:
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods bought online. The period generally starts from delivery.
