Products
We sell physical and digital embroidery-related products.
Each product page describes what is included.

For digital products, this is clearly stated in the product listing.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered as downloadable files.

Prices
All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
Any delivery costs will be shown before the order is completed.

Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after payment through download access and/or email confirmation.
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address entered by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, but only where the customer has expressly consented to this and acknowledged that the right is lost.
